In order to meet the following step for the rice noodle vermicelli production, well mixed rice slurry will be heated to the required temperature for gelatinization. The pre-heating and cooking temperature could be adjustable and set ahead of production.
The well mixed and filtered rice slurry will be cooked by the high temperature and pressureinto the rice extrusion forming machine. The fresh rice vermicelli lay down on the continuous anti-stick conveyor after forming.The thickness of noodle vermicelli could be adjusted by using different size of extrusion die.There are 2 noodle forming machine and each former has its own layer.
Moisture content on the surface of fresh vermicelli will be blew off by high strongwind while it conveying on the belt. The mainpurpose is to make the fresh vermicelli strong enough to be hold on the rods and save the vermicelli production in the follow steps.
Rice vermicelli automatic lifting on the rods& cutting at pre-set length and then goes intothe vermicelli aging tunnel.
